Not sure about this one. Jay does murder the second verse, attacking his the people who claim he is part of the Illuminati again, while simultaneously bigging up his wife and popping ish as usual. Everything else about the record is kind of a pass for me though. Oh I figured that Usher and Mrs. Carter just made for a much better picture. Sue me.

Okay this joint right here? This is so incredible. I had to go check out the original again after hearing this version. I posted it after the jump so you can compare them both. Corrine’s original is lovely but I like how Jesse just added a bit of pimped out swing to his version. This joint earned a permanent spot on any of my late night sessions. You can either get it now or wait for your girl to tell you how much she loves it when she comes home.

She kind of has a Norah Jones vibe, but the way Floating on the moon breaks down into some jungle-lite business is nothing like Norah.
