MTV speaks to Fat Joe and Preemo on the standout track on Joey Cracks “Darkside Vol. 1″ titled “I’m Gone”. The track was made the day that Guru died, a day Preemo admits to not wanting to work that day (Understandably) but joe was under deadline.

Still my favorite song of the year so far, and the video is just as good if not better than the song. The kid who plays Cee-Lo in the first verse kills it, as the clip follows Cee-lo as he grows from a likkle youth to a man all the while chasing his dream girl. You’ll have to watch to see if he wins in the end, or just grab the MP3 and listen for yourself.
SA Studios was commissioned by Twentieth Century Fox to produce a series of viral videos promoting the film “Machete” starring Danny Trejo. Estevan Oriol directs this second lifestyle video in the series, revisiting Danny Trejo’s neighborhood where he grew up and interacting with fans at car shows in East LA.
Best part of this video? When Danny says that the Machete trailer was the best part of Grindhouse. I have to agree. Then again I’d agree with pretty much anything Danny says. I’m not trying to get stabbed. Was that a racial joke, or a because he plays Machete? You decide. After the jump, SA Studios orchestrated a true meeting of the minds when it introduced Machete star Danny Trejo to world-renowned visual artist David Choe. Inspired by Danny’s iconic face, David Choe crafted original poster art based on Machete as a tribute. SA Studios was on-hand to capture this unique pairing and document the creation of David Choe’s original Machete art.
Yep Melanie Fiona is the reason I watched too. Bobby does his thing on this relaunching of MTV’s unplugged, but yeah anytime Melanie Fiona is even mentioned you can guarantee my attention will be there.
Ah man that title is terrible. Sorry folks long night, but Busta basically goes ape shit when Araab plays him some music. Kind of like this scene in Fade To Black but turned up to eleven.
