The start of the second cycle in the Marvel movies series begins in April 2013. Peep the hotness of the new trailer.
Another take on Donald E. Westlake Parker character, following Mel Gibson‘s turn in Payback and an old school joint whose name escape me. I’m an avid reader of hard boiled pulp fiction and I enjoy Jason Statham‘s films, put them together and this is what you get.
The trailer for the all-new DC Universe animated original movie “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1″ featuring Peter Weller stars as the aged Caped Crusader in this adaptation of Frank Miller‘s iconic graphic novel.
This looks to be another great entry in this new series of James Bond films. I have been enjoying Daniel Craig‘s take on the character, and in this trailer his age and world weariness is showing, but he still retains that cool, smooth 007 aura.
This is one of my favorite novels, and while Ang Lee certainly ruined the first Incredible Hulk movie he still has Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon under his belt so I’m holding out hope that this will be good. No way I can even describe the book, if you were smart you would go and pick up a copy for yourself.
The Dark Knight Rises (DKR) is not The Dark Knight. Let the comparisons never begin. DKR is the result of director Christopher Nolan and his team’s ever expanding vision of Batman, the story of Bruce Wayne, and the way comic book movies should be told. A mash-up of the DC Comics Knightfall and No Man’s Land stories, at its core DKR is a drama, a character study of sorts with action set pieces strewn throughout.
Man with the dope Deadpool and the even better Y: The Last Man fan films we’ve seen this might be the best year for movies that weren’t made by a big studio in forever. Add to the list of excellence #DIRTYLAUNDRY a new short produced by Thomas Jane who played The Punisher in the last remake before the last reboot. Or something like that. Anyway this is extremely violent and so should be considered not safe for work.
